Hake is a tasty and healthy fish that contains many vitamins and minerals that our body often lacks, especially in winter. Today I will tell you how to bake hake in foil in the oven to preserve all its useful values. The fish is cooked in its own juice with various spices, without adding any oils. The result is a delicious, juicy and aromatic dish. It will be appreciated by those who lead a healthy lifestyle, adhere to proper nutrition or diet. I recommend trying it!
Ingredients:
Hake s / m - 400 g.
Seasoning for fish - 1 tsp
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Lemon - ΒΌ pcs.
Rosemary - 1 sprig
Step by step recipe:
1. We will prepare products according to the list for the recipe, as well as foil for baking.
2. We take the fish out of the freezer in advance and leave it for a while at room temperature so that it is completely defrosted. Wash thoroughly under running water, if necessary, clean off the scales. We pay special attention to the abdomen, often parts of the viscera and a black film remain there, which also need to be disposed of. Cut the fins if desired. Dry the fish with paper napkins and rub with spices.
3. Place the hake on a folded sheet of foil. Spread lemon slices and a sprig of rosemary on top. If fresh rosemary is not available, you can substitute dried rosemary or any other herb that goes well with fish dishes.
4. We wrap the fish in a tight envelope and send it to the oven.
5. Cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. This time will be enough for the hake in the foil to completely bake and retain its juices. There are not very many of them in this type of fish, but still they are. Therefore, the main thing is not to overexpose the dish in the oven, otherwise it will turn out too dry. We carefully take it out of the oven and unfold the foil.
6. Here we have such a delicious and aromatic fish.
Serve hot on a nice plate. Boiled rice, fresh vegetables and herbs are suitable as a side dish.
Bon Appetit!
