Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 350 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Cream - 100 ml
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt, pepper - to taste
Hard cheese - 50 g
Description:
1. Prepare a number of products, everything should be fresh and of high quality.
2. Rinse the chicken fillet under cool water, pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fillet into arbitrary pieces.
3. Transfer the meat to the bowl of a kitchen blender. Peel a couple of cloves of garlic immediately and toss over the chicken. At high speeds, turn the contents of the bowl into minced meat.
4. Transfer the minced chicken to a deep bowl for easy mixing. Add salt and pepper at once. Add additional spices at your discretion and taste.
5. Crack the egg gently. Pour the protein immediately into a separate bowl, and add the yolk to the minced meat.
6. Return to egg white, salt and beat until peaks. When turning the bowl over, it must be stable.
7. Pour half a glass of skim cream into a bowl with minced meat, mix everything thoroughly.
8. Now add the beaten protein in small portions and mix gently in a leisurely circular motion.
9. The result is such an air mass.
10. Oil a deep container and transfer all the meat mixture into it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put a couple of plates of delicious cheese on top of the minced meat. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
11. After a while, serve the gorgeous casserole to the table.
