- The finished biscuit must be very carefully turned over and the paper gently removed from it.
- Finally, I moved it to a grate to prevent the bottom from getting wet.
CREAM FOR CAKE MEDOVIKA
- For the cream, beat in soft butter. I will do sour cream, the recipe is already on the channel.
- Gradually add condensed milk literally by spoon.
- Add each next portion of condensed milk only after the previous one has been mixed. It is very important.
- At this point, enter flavoring - coffee extractwhich I did recently.
- Add cream cheese, followed by sour cream.
- Stir first, then beat.
- As soon as all the mass has come together - do not beat any more, the sour cream should be cold.
- You can refrigerate the cream to stabilize it.
- Trim the sponge cake around the edges so that it is even and divide into 4 pieces.
- The result is four wonderful cakes.
- Dry the leftovers for decoration. Walnuts can be dried along with crumbs.
- Grind the crumb and nuts in a blender.
- Chocolate honey biscuit can be soaked with syrup if desired.

- Grease the biscuit with cream and put the next one on it.
- Make a border of cream and add cherries.
- Apply a layer of cream and put on the next cake, etc.
