✅👌 Many of course hide, but in our hearts we are all big sweet tooth! Everyone loves to pamper themselves, at least occasionally, with delicious homemade cakes.

Today I want to invite you to cook very quick, delicious homemade cake, for the preparation of which you will need only 3 ingredients!

Only 3 ingredients and a whole cake over 1 kg: without having to knead the dough

✨ And at the same time, you do not have to knead the dough, and the preparation and baking time will take you a maximum of 40 minutes.

And the cake turns out to be really delicious and surprisingly soaked. Give it a try - I'm sure you will fall in love with this recipe! 🥰

📕Ingredients for making the cake: 🥙

Puff pastry - 1 pack (500 g)
Curd cheese - 400 g
Boiled condensed milk - 1 can (380 g)

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

To begin with, you will need to prepare the cream so that it has time to harden a little before assembling the cake - this way it keeps its shape better. You can first bake puff sticks, and then whip the cream - whichever is more convenient for you. So, put the curd cheese in the mixer bowl and beat it with a mixer until fluffy.

● If there is no curd cheese, then it can be safely replaced with curd, but not crumbly, but dense in consistency.

● And curd cheese can be made from ordinary kefir - for this we put a package of kefir in the freezer and freeze it. And then we spread it on cheesecloth, the kefir will defrost, the whey will drain and you will have a very delicate curd cheese. Just from a liter of kefir, about 400 g of curd cheese will come out.

Add a few tablespoons of boiled condensed milk to the curd cheese. And beat again.

As soon as the cream becomes homogeneous, add the next portion of condensed milk. The finished cream will be smooth, shiny, with a beautiful caramel color and a pleasant, moderately sweet taste. We remove the prepared cream for now in the refrigerator for cooling.

Now let's deal with the base of the cake, that is, the "dough" - or rather, take a package of puff pastry... Defrost and cut into thin strips, about 1 cm thick. We spread it on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat or parchment paper, grease it with water on top and send it to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes.

After baking, the sticks should become flaky and ruddy. By the way, according to this recipe, you can use both yeast and yeast-free dough. This time I had a dough without yeast.

And now you can start assembling the cake. We put cling film in several layers on the working surface of the table (it is better to make at least 4-5). Apply some cream. And on top of it we spread 5-6 sticks (1-2 pcs. set aside for decoration).

And then we repeat the whole procedure. - put the cream, lay out the puff sticks and so on. From above, carefully coat the whole cake with cream - it will be enough for this ...

Next, we turn the edges of the film, forming a cylinder from the dessert. We also wrap the top with foil for reliability. We send it to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours so that the cream is finally stabilized. Better, of course, for the cake to stay in the fridge all night.

After the specified time, remove the film, take the remaining puff sticks, chop and sprinkle the whole cake with crumbs. Cut into pieces and serve the cake for tea.
