Recipe of pancakes came into my head by itself. In a bowl, mix yogurt and two eggs, salt. Flour decided to take not the usual, and buckwheat. Buckwheat flour does not contain gluten, so pancakes turn out very soft and fluffy, easy bowel and unusual taste. All proportions below.
