Pineapple salad. Pineapple salads are very popular on the New Year's table, all thanks to their unusual taste, I want to share one of the most delicious salads for my taste.

Recipe:
chicken breast -400g
salt -1 / 2 tsp
black pepper - to taste
Bavarian mustard "Haas" - 2 tsp.
For the salad:
pineapple rings -1b
champignons -300g
onion -1pc
cheese -80g
walnuts -50g
mayonnaise to taste
garlic -1 tooth
COOKING METHOD
To begin with, we will prepare the chicken fillet, we need the chicken fillet, cut it into 2 parts not completely and unfold it, you should get such blanks.
Now we salt, grease with mustard, I have Bavarian mustard under the Haass trademark, mustard softens chicken breast during cooking, thanks to the addition, as a result, the chicken will be even softer, juicier and tastier. I put about 1/2 tsp on each side. and evenly distribute. The only spice is black pepper.
We turn over and do the same on the other hand, I have about 400 grams of salt of chicken breast, in total I added a little less than half a teaspoon, mustard, black pepper and now pour vegetable oil on each side about half a teaspoon
Let it stand for 10-15 minutes. Put baking paper in the pan, put the chicken breast on one side, close the other side, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
This is the kind of breast it turns out, let it cool down.
Cut the mushrooms 300 grams into cubes, cut the onion into cubes.
Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms are ready for about 5 minutes, now salt, pepper and remove from the heat.
Cut the pineapples into cubes, let the liquid drain well or dry the rings. let's leave a couple of rings for decoration.
Chop the walnuts 50 grams with a knife.
Grate cheese 80 grams on a fine grater.
Now we will slice the cooled Chicken Breast. By the way, the prepared Chicken Breast goes well with Caesar salad.
We collect the salad. Put the first layerchicken meat. For piquancy, grease the first layer with mayonnaise and garlic. We will measure approximately 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise, add a clove of garlic and mix. Grease the subsequent layers with garlic-free mayonnaise.

Put mushrooms in the third layer, grease with mayonnaise. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
We put cheese, grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top pre-fried in a pan.
Decorate the top with pineapples and herbs.
