Today I propose to prepare interesting snack cones from Mexican tortillas. Any salad can serve as a filling, I chose a Jewish salad. The horns are crispy and aromatic. Cook with love ❤️

Tortilla Horns with Jewish Salad

Ingredients: tortillas "Tortilla" (4 pieces);, processed cheese;, hard-boiled eggs;, garlic;, mayonnaise;

Cooking method:

Cut Mexican tortillas "Tortilla" into four parts and turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees;

Then roll each piece of cake into a cone and secure with a toothpick. From 4 cakes, 16 pieces are obtained.

Now put the rolled cakes into cones on a dry baking sheet and send to a preheated oven for baking for 10-15 minutes;

While the horns are baking, you need to cook the filling. To do this, grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater;

Peel and grate the clove of garlic;

Send the grated garlic to processed cheese;

Next, grate the hard-boiled eggs on a medium grater, send to the ingredients and add mayonnaise;

Mix all ingredients well and set aside until needed.

As soon as the horns are browned, remove them from the oven and allow to cool.

After the horns have cooled, remove the toothpicks from them and fill with the filling;

Ready-made crispy, aromatic cones with Jewish salad can be served 😁 Bon appetit 😋
