But you want something special for the holiday table.

I want to offer you a simple recipe PP mayonnaise.

Yes, it's not 67% fat mayonnaise, sauce is more "a la mayonnaise".

But it can completely replace fat mayonnaise in salads, and will give them a piquancy.

✅Dlya mayonnaise we need:

  • 2 boiled egg yolks (which is boiled - it is personally important to me, I do not use raw eggs)
  • 150 g of a 10% cream (soft curd can be used, so you will further reduce fat sauce)
  • 5-10 grams of mustard (mustard amount depends on how much you love poyadrenee refueling). I advise you to try to 5 g and add to taste if desired,
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

✅Prigotovlenie.

Everything is very simple and requires a minimum of time.

From pre-boiled eggs take out the yolk.

In a bowl, crush the yolk.

Add to it sour cream 10%, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

All mix well.

Our sauce is ready!

Refill them salads such as Olivier herring under a fur coat and enjoy.

I even I fill their salad, but for this purpose it is slightly watery, but brings its own unique taste.

Store in the refrigerator for 3 days.

KBZHU per 100g of finished product: K - 204, B - 7.86, F - 17.67, V - 3.16.

Using, for example, soft curd can be further reduced calorie and fat content of the sauce.

For comparison KBZHU mayonnaise 67%: K - 620, B - 1.6, M - 67, U - 1.5.
