Well, who would refuse a delicious hearty sandwich in the morning? I don't think there are any. And how can you refuse if a sandwich with such a tasty, healthy and very fragrant pate!
One portion of this pâté is usually enough for two breakfasts. I supplement them with omelet or porridge. An excellent protein "dressing" so as not to feel hungry until lunchtime. And most importantly, you can cook it in just a few minutes (if the eggs have already been boiled).
So, if the eggs are already boiled, it remains only to chop them arbitrarily. You also need to cut the tomatoes, I have 2 small ones (I still have some homemade ones). I don't cut parsley very large, it can be replaced with dill, it will be very useful.
I send all the prepared ingredients to the blender. Canned tuna in their own juice is also sent there. It can be easily replaced with other canned fish. You can use, for example, baked red fish, it will also be very tasty.
I drain all the liquid from the can and add only the fish itself. Then I add a couple of teaspoons of vegetable oil and a little salt. I grind everything into a homogeneous mass, if necessary, add the liquid in which the fish was stored in the jar.
The pate does not need to be infused or cooled, you can eat right away.
