Red fish in a creamy sauce with tomatoes and spinach

Ingredients: Red fish, Baby spinach, Cherry tomatoes, Garlic, Lemon juice, Salt and pepper, Olive oil, Butter, Cream 25%, Parmesan cheese

Cooking method:

Cut the skin off the fish, salt, pour lemon juice, pepper. Leave to marinate.

Peel, wash, chop the garlic finely or pass through a garlic press. Spinach can be chopped or cut into medium pieces. Cut tomatoes into 2 parts. Cheese grate on a fine grater.

Heat up a frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Fry the fish on high heat, on all sides (2 minutes on each side - until light golden brown).

Remove the fish from the pan, add butter. Fry the garlic, stirring so as not to burn. Add chopped tomatoes. Fry a little (2 minutes). Add spinach. Fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Add cream. Salt and pepper a little if desired. Add fried red fish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Simmer over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
