I want to share with you a recipe for cheese waffles from my diet. Regular readers have already asked for this recipe when they saw them on my menu.

I immediately put the waffle iron to warm up, because the dough cooks very quickly.
Prepare the dough: mix cottage cheese with egg, flour, baking powder and salt.
I used a chopper - the dough is homogeneous.
Add grated cheese to the resulting dough and mix.
Lubricate the waffle iron panel with oil (literally 1-2 g).
We spread the dough and bake for 6-7 minutes, depending on your waffle iron.

Ingredients for a serving of two waffles:
- 80g of cottage cheese (I have 9%),
- 35 g of cheese (I have mozzarella for pizza),
- 1 chicken egg
- 30 g whole grain flour (I have rice),
- a pinch of salt and baking powder.
