Chinese cabbage salad with French dressing is a delicious, gourmet and festive salad. The dressing goes well with all the ingredients and gives the salad a unique taste.

French salad dressing
Ingredients:
6 tbsp olive oil l
Dijon mustard 2 tsp
Honey or sugar 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tooth
Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar, close the lid, shake (you can also mix all the ingredients in another container). The filling is ready.
Preparing ingredients for salad
Freshly frozen boiled shrimps or freshly boiled lightly fry in butter, salt to taste.
Cut the hard cheese into 1 x 1 cm cubes, roll in flour, dip in egg and bread crumbs.
Send to the freezer for 15 minutes (cheese will not run out when frying).
Before serving, deep-fry the cubes in vegetable oil until golden brown, spread on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Remove the hard part from the Chinese cabbage, cut, transfer to a salad bowl, add shrimp, cheese cubes, season with dressing, stir.
Serve the salad in a shared salad bowl or in portions.
