Lemons - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 3 tablespoons

Rosemary - 10 g

Water - 800 g

How to cook:

1. To make lemonade from lemons at home, prepare the foods on the list. Wash citruses and rosemary thoroughly under running water and dry. Remove the rosemary leaves from the branch, we will not use it. Sugar, if desired, can be replaced with liquid honey.

2. Cut each lemon in half across, set one half aside, it will still be useful to us. Squeeze the juice out of all the remaining halves using a manual or mechanical juicer. As a rule, bones will remain on the surface of the juicer.

3. Pour sugar into lemon juice. Put the container in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, so the sugar will dissolve instantly, just do not let the juice boil, this is too much. By the way, the drink will be healthier with liquid honey. Adjust the amount to your liking.

4. Place the rosemary leaves in a mortar and rub them lightly with a pestle. You do not need to grind them into gruel, it is only required that the grass gives its aroma to the drink.

5. Pour the lemon juice with sugar, rosemary and drinking water into a convenient deep container. You can also add carbonated water, it also turns out very tasty with it, only such a drink will need to be served immediately after preparation.

6. Cut the last half of the lemon into slices or slices and add to the drink. Stir with a cocktail spoon, remove the foam from the surface.

Ready-made lemonade can be put in the refrigerator for a while to cool, or you can simply add a few ice cubes. Pour it into glasses and serve. Very simple and delicious. Enjoy!
