New Year's lavash roll is an appetizer that can often be found on the festive table. There are so many fillings for him that you can safely make a couple of three options. The most common combinations are red fish and cream cheese, ham and cheese, chicken and cheese. Today we will focus on the first option. You can cook the roll the day before, it will just be convenient, since it will be perfectly soaked in time - about 5-6 hours is enough. A table for the New Year is often prepared in the morning, therefore, you can safely make this appetizer in the morning, and only serve it in the evening.
Greens can be more diversified, in addition to dill, add parsley, green onions. You can also not stop your choice only on fresh cucumber, add avocado if you wish. Well, let's get started!
Ingredients:
Armenian thin lavash - 1 pc.
Cream cheese - 3 tablespoons
Dill - 6 branches
Red fish s / s - 100 g
Fresh cucumbers - 1 pc.
Salt, pepper, spices - to taste
Process description:
1. Prepare a number of ingredients as listed. Cream cheese can be used pure or with additives such as herbs and spices.
2. Rinse fresh dill, cut the tough stems, chop the branches finely.
3. Choose lightly salted red fish. Cut it into plates or slices.
4. Spread a sheet of thin Armenian lavash on the work surface. Brush generously with cream cheese. Shake lightly with salt, pepper, you can add dry garlic - a couple of pinches are enough.
5. Next, grind the pita bread with dill slices.
6. Rinse the fresh cucumber and dry. Trim the ends on both sides. Cut into cubes or strips. Spread the cucumber slices over the dill.
7. Distribute the pieces of red fish in two rows.
8. Roll up the pita bread so that the filling remains inside.
9. Wrap the festive pita bread in plastic wrap, put it on the lower shelf of the refrigerator. Leave until evening.
10. Cut and serve the roll on the New Year's table.
