Then, as compensation, you can bake a liquid or, as it is often called, a jellied cabbage pie. It is prepared in literally a matter of minutes, plus the time for baking. The beauty is that it is very simple to prepare, and the taste is the most delicate fluffy pie.

Ingredients:
Cabbage - 500 grams
Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
Sour cream - 1 glass
Mayonnaise - 1 glass
Wheat flour - 1.5 cups
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Ground black pepper - ΒΌ tsp.
Salt to taste
Step by step recipe:
To bake a pie with mayonnaise and sour cream with cabbage, prepare all the necessary ingredients. I have such a dough, but there is also an option for kefir, it is more budgetary.
I used white cabbage, but you can cook the filling with fermented, and with red cabbage. Believe me, it will be delicious too. Often they also bake such pastries with Chinese cabbage, but I do not recommend it, as it is lost in the dough and is almost not felt.
You can use fresh, thinly chopped cabbage, but it is winter time and it itself is tough. Therefore, I chop it finely and send it to the microwave for 3-5 minutes to soften.
Add grated carrots or other vegetables if desired, it will be delicious with fried mushrooms or with sweet pepper. If you are using sauerkraut, be sure to stew it until soft.
Whisk eggs and salt in a bowl to prepare the dough.
Add mayonnaise and sour cream, stir.
Add sifted flour and baking powder. Stir the dough until smooth so that there are no lumps.
Grease a mold with a diameter of 18-20 cm with vegetable oil and line the bottom with parchment paper. Pour half the dough inside.
Spread all the cabbage on top and season with black pepper and salt.
Next, pour the second part of the dough over the cabbage, level and bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
Cool the finished cabbage pie in the pan completely, and then carefully remove from it.
Serve to tea, soups, broths or just as a snack.

This pie can be prepared not only with cabbage. Also suitable as a filling are: finely chopped raw or boiled until half cooked potatoes, rice with vegetables and mushrooms, boiled eggs with green onions, and so on. There are many options and each is good in its own way.
