Sandwiches are a versatile and beloved dish. They are prepared and served for breakfast and lunch, they are taken with them to work, a walk, a picnic, or a summer cottage. What and how not to cook them is always quick, simple and tasty. On work and school days, we always have only sandwiches or sandwiches for breakfast, and cottage cheese, pancakes, cereals, muesli, scrambled eggs and the like are simply not recognized and I'm already tired of fighting it. Today we will make a chicken sandwich, as always simple and quick to prepare.
Ingredients:
Roll with bran - 1 pc.
Chicken fillet - 120 g
Tomato - 1 pc.
Lettuce salad - 20 g
Toast cheese - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 2 g
Mayonnaise - 1 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Ground pepper - to taste
How to cook:
To make a delicious and juicy sandwich with chicken fillet and cheese, we need the products on the list. I took the bun from wholemeal flour, with bran, if you are not afraid of extra calories, then a white bun is perfect.
Wash the tomato, lettuce and fillet with cold water, wipe dry with paper towels.
Brush a frying pan with lean refined oil using a silicone brush, and put in the thinly sliced chicken fillet. Fry it for a minute on each side and remove from the pan.
Cut the loaf lengthwise into two parts, lightly grease it with mayonnaise, put clean and dry lettuce on one half. If you have a little time, then the bun, by the way, can be dried a little in a dry frying pan, with the inside, that is, with the crumb down.
Using a sharp knife, cut the tomato into thin slices, put them on the salad.
It will be more convenient to cut the chicken into small pieces. Place the lightly fried fillet, still warm, over the tomato, lightly salt and pepper it.
Remove the toast cheese from the cellophane, cut into triangles, put on top of the meat.
Cover the sandwich with the other half of the roll and serve immediately after cooking. Delicious with a cup of coffee or tea, and my son loves such closed sandwiches with milk.
