Salad with pickles and sausage - from a series of appetizers and whet the appetite. Crispy and wine pickles, interspersed with other products, are good for beer, vodka, moonshine at bachelor parties, as well as with hot meat, barbecue during a feast.

Ingredients:

Boiled sausage - 200 g

Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.

Sauerkraut - 150 g

Onions - 1 pc.

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Mayonnaise - 50 g

Greens - 20 g

Salt, black pepper - to taste

For preparing a mixed salad with pickles and cooked sausage for this recipe, take the foods on the list. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms in advance, cool, remove the peel.

Lightly dry the cucumbers from the brine. In addition to boiled sausage, it can be smoked, dry-cured, there is also a substitution for ham, smoked meats, those meat products that you like and are available.

Cut the peeled potato tubers into small cubes. They do the same when assembling such famous salads as The vinaigrette and Olivier salad. Nothing new. Potatoes are a must here: they give the dish tenderness, softness, increase the nutritional value and go well with pickles.
