Milk soup with pasta is a dish from childhood. After all, it is quite popular in kindergartens and school canteens, as before, and nowadays. The dish is just perfect for baby food, due to its healthiness, satiety and calorie content. The recipe is quite simple - a minimum of ingredients and processes, literally in 30 minutes you will get a delicious afternoon snack or lunch.

For a change, you can constantly change pasta - horns, cobweb, noodles, spirals, and so on. Be aware that skim milk is not suitable for dairy soups.

Ingredients:

Milk - 500 ml.

Pasta - 200 gr.

Butter - 40 gr.

Sugar - 20 gr.

Salt - 2 gr.

Water for cooking pasta - 700 ml.

Prepare food.

Place a saucepan with enough water on the hotplate. When it boils, lightly salt, but not too much, as the final dish should be sweet.

Then add pasta to boiling water. Cook them until al dente, that is, until half cooked. The cooking period of pasta is individual depending on their variety, so see the exact time on the package.

Throw the pasta into a colander or sieve so that the water completely drains down, but do not hold there for a long time, as they will quickly stick together.

Place another saucepan parallel to the stove. First rinse it with water, then pour milk inside, boil. At this point, stay close to the stove so that it does not boil away. Use a saucepan with a thick bottom and sides, then the milk will not burn.

After boiling, reduce heat to medium. Pour ready-made pasta into milk in small portions, stirring continuously so that they do not form a lump.

Add the required amount of granulated sugar immediately, stir vigorously so that the sweet crystals dissolve faster. The portion of the sweetener can be increased or decreased depending on personal taste.

Boil milk soup for 2 minutes, then add a piece of butter. It will instantly dissolve in the milk, forming yellow spots that will go away over time. Boil the soup, remove from the stove, let it cool and brew so that the pasta absorbs the milk well.
