Today you want to cook something from potatoes - then you did the right thing, that they looked at my page. Here you will find many different potato dishes, including baked goods - I'm sure you will definitely like something!

Today I will tell you how I cook quick, tasty and fluffy cakes, when I have literally 2-3 ready-made boiled potatoes left.

Also, at the bottom of this publication, I will leave a few more links to other potato dishes that I previously published, and which many of my subscribers have already appreciated.

Ingredients for making tortillas:

Boiled potatoes - 2-3 pcs. (250-300 g)
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Milk - 50 ml
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
Green onions - 1 small bunch
Vegetable oil for frying cakes

Let's start cooking ...

For the preparation of such cakes, you can use the boiled potatoes remaining "out of business", and yesterday half-eaten mashed potatoes, or, in principle, you can boil potatoes on purpose - in any case, the cakes will be very tasty!

Knead the potatoes with a fork or pusher, or simply grate them.

Next, pour in a little hot milk, rub it again until smooth. Add the egg, salt it a little (if it was cooked without salt before), pepper.

Now sift the flour and knead the soft potato dough. Do not add a lot of flour, just enough for the dough to gather in a lump.

Divide the finished dough into small pieces - 50 grams and round.

Now we chop the green onions, although you can do without it, but still it tastes better. Then we slightly flatten each prepared dough ball, or roll it out and put a little chopped onion in the middle, slightly pressing it into the dough.

Now pour a little vegetable oil into the pan - 3-4 tablespoons, heat it up and begin to fry the cakes on both sides, until a characteristic golden brown crust is formed. It turns out very tasty, fragrant and mouth-watering cakes! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
