Tartlets filled with delicious smoked chicken filling with mushrooms and cheese are undoubtedly a festive dish. This is a very tasty, incredibly high-calorie, hearty snack that is perfect for long festive feasts, such as New Year's or Christmas. Especially your men will appreciate it - with strong alcoholic drinks this is just an ideal option. Be sure to prepare such tartlets, both you and your guests will be satisfied.
Ingredients:
Smoked chicken - 100 g
Champignons - 300 g
Bulb onions - 0.5 pcs.
Processed cheese - 100 g
Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Lean oil - 1 tsp
Sand tartlets - 7 pcs.
How to cook:
To prepare tartlets with smoked chicken, mushrooms and cheese, we will prepare all the necessary products according to the list. Peel the onions, wash them under running water, dry them. We clean the champignons with a hard kitchen sponge. We take processed cheese and smoked chicken out of the package.
Heat a minimum amount of refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion, cut into small cubes, for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the champignons in the same way. Add to the pan, fry for 3-4 minutes with onions.
In parallel, chop the smoked chicken finely and grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
For a snack in tartlets, you can take any part of the chicken carcass, I like it more with dark meat, so I bought a chicken leg, although it will also be delicious with fillet. By the way, smoked chicken wings will not work at all, it will be too fat.
When the mushrooms and onions have cooled, add them to the chicken and cheese. Season with salt and ground pepper, add some mayonnaise. There should be very little sauce just to "bind" all the ingredients of the filling. Sometimes, according to my mood, I add pickled cucumber to the filling, it is also incredibly tasty with it.
We fill sand tartlets to the top with filling and can be carried to the festive table.
If you plan to serve the snack immediately after preparation, then initially wafer baskets can also be used.
