For situations where guests are on the doorstep or a quick snack is planned, think about the salad of hard boiled eggs, cheese and canned corn. Most of the time is spent on boiling eggs, opening the canned corn and chopping the rest of the ingredients - a matter of three minutes. Season with mayonnaise or vegetable oil with lemon juice (wine / rice vinegar) and a pinch of peppercorn.

Ingredients:

Hard cheese - 100 g

Egg - 1 pc.

Corn - 150 g

Peking cabbage - 200 g

Mayonnaise - 50 g

Green onions, parsley, dill - 30 g

Salt, black pepper - to taste

To make a salad with eggs, cheese and corn, take the foods on the list. The volume, juiciness and freshness of our combined appetizer will be provided by Chinese cabbage: it has thin and delicate leaves, a neutral aroma. Substitute one or more varieties of salad leaves if desired.

In general, this simplest dish can be enriched with pieces ham or lean boiled meat, sausages, smoked meats, mushrooms (pickled or fried), those products that you like and are at hand. But even with a minimum set (eggs, cheese, corn, plus some leaves), the salad is completely balanced and self-sufficient.

Use onions for sharpness and pungency, and green onions for a delicate salad.

Quickly rinse the Chinese cabbage under cold water, crush and chop into strips. Slicing at your discretion - from wide strips to as narrow as possible. Shred with a knife or grater with a special attachment.
