The sweetest and most delicate dessert is strawberries with whipped cream. It can be enjoyed every day during the harvest season. But what if you want to pamper yourself with such a delicacy in the winter? Then you need to turn your eyes to frozen strawberries and make a dessert from it, especially since it will practically not differ in taste. By the way, all vitamins and trace elements are preserved in frozen berries, so the delicacy will turn out to be not only tasty, but also healthy.

Buy farm cream, thick, preferably with a fat content of at least 50%, but in the absence of such a product, buy a store version - at least 35%. Remember that the dairy product can be whipped and then you will get not cream, but butter at the exit! Therefore, beat the chilled cream for no more than 2-3 minutes until thick.

Ingredients:

Frozen strawberries - 400 g

Cream - 300 ml (not less than 35% fat)

Sugar - 70 g

Prepare food.

Put the strawberries in a deep container and cover with cold water. By the time the cream is created, they will defrost slightly and can be peeled off and cut into pieces. If using fresh strawberries, just wash them and remove the tails.

Place the cream in the bowl of a food processor and add the sugar. Ideally, use powdered sugar, but if such a product is not at hand, then ordinary granulated sugar will do.

Whisk the contents of the bowl for 2-3 minutes into the cream. The whipped cream should be firmly attached to the whisk and not dripped off. Using a mixer instead of a food processor, slightly increase the whisking time, as this technique is less powerful.

Cut the peeled berries in half or into three parts, put half of the mass in portioned glasses or bowls in the first layer.

Place the whipped cream in a cooking syringe and squeeze it on top of the strawberry layer.

Add the remaining chopped berries.

Squeeze the newly whipped cream over the top and decorate to your liking.

Since the strawberries were frozen in the recipe, there is no need to cool the dessert additionally! But in the summer, it can be placed in the refrigerator for half an hour.
