Salt - 1 pinch

Sugar - 100 g

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Milk - 150 ml

Vegetable oil - 50 g

Pitted cherries - 180 g

Powdered sugar - to taste

Prepare all food. Buy good quality cocoa powder if you want a mega-chocolate flavor. Cherries are suitable fresh, frozen, canned. Remove the bones first.

Use a convenient deep dish for making the dough. Sift flour into it. Add cocoa powder. If it is lumpy, be sure to sift it. Add salt, sugar and baking powder. Stir with a whisk until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the flour mass.

Now take another deep dish. Pour in milk. Fat content does not play an important role. Beat in an egg and add unscented butter. Stir the contents of the bowl.

Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry mass. Arm yourself with a hand whisk and stir the mixture well until smooth. You should get a fairly thick chocolate mass.

I have used canned cherries in this recipe. You need to put it in a colander and wait for the excess juice to stack. It is advisable to do this procedure in advance.

Transfer the dried cherries to a container and sprinkle with a little flour. Cover and shake a few times until all the berries are covered with a thin layer of flour. Transfer the cherries to the chocolate dough bowl. Stir in gently with a spatula.
