So I ended a vacation and as promised, I begin to control the tougher your diet. So far this week will stick to 1200-1300 kcal. And then, if you do not change the weight - I will think and probably will give your body a rest from this long-term deficit of calories. It's no joke - and a half years on the deficit, minus 50 kg for shoulders.

Deserved the rest my body? Although psychologically I am not tired of the deficit and accustomed to a less high-calorie foods and counting calories. But now the body is something revolting and did not want to say goodbye to the remaining 5.10 kg.

So today, on Monday at me on the scales of 82 kg. Plus or minus 200-300 g go back and forth all the time - water walking.

On Friday, I will monitor the result. Since Saturday is likely we will visit and as you know this is followed chitmil.

Did you drink the water? I think not many people think about how important for us drinking water. At the same time, there is a recommended rate of water which is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight. And I try to maintain this provision, to drink it every day.

I drink only filtered water from the tap, we have it from an artesian well and all checks - good.
