In addition, winter is not the best time of year for losing weight.

Breakfast busy today.

Scrambled eggs and two sandwiches in the home wholemeal bread (35 g) with butter (5 g) and chum (65 g). As always, green tea, until I tired of chrysanthemum - drink it. And capsules of omega-3 during meal time - precisely according to the instructions.

I get an early breakfast 430 kcal.

As we recently scored a bucket of plums in an abandoned garden in the vicinity of our LCD - can afford fruit. I was just a little poke fun at themselves.

Just recently, I often write that in my season fruits are very few of them in the diet. Seasonal fruits and vegetables - this is good, especially when the kitchen garden and a garden.

And we are having out of his own apartment and the mortgage remains a dream of vegetables and fruits in large quantities, because the price is well as does not decrease, but only increase.

So today snack 300g plums - 185 kcal.

I remembered that not long ago prepared for Adjara khachapuri. Decided to feed all khachapuri lunch, including himself.

Khachapuri turned out I have high (remember that it is necessary to divide into 3 parts the dough according to the recipe, rather than two - is the smaller portion).

As a result, I have a very hearty meal at 520 kcal consisting of one of PP hachapuri -adzharski.

After lunch, we went on business. Once again faced with the bureaucracy, it survived and moved on.

today was still walking tour before dinner, during which I ate peanuts on 50 kcal.

After a hearty dinner decided to arrange a watermelon supper.

I ate 600 g of watermelon to dinner - 150 kcal.

I must say that dinner was more than 5 hours before bedtime so do not scare me, carbohydrates and other consequences of watermelon.

In the end, the day was on 1335 kcal. Drinking water (at the rate recommended norm water 30 ml per kilogram of body weight).
