The most delicious and delicious meat dish is pork ribs with potatoes, baked until golden brown and crispy in the oven. Not a single representative of the strong half of humanity can refuse such a culinary masterpiece, especially in the evening, and even with a glass of foamy beer.

To create a dish, choose the meat part with ribs and a wide greasy layer - with thermal processing will melt fat from it and saturate the potato layer, making the garnish juicy and velvety in taste. That is why always put the potatoes on the bottom of the mold, and the meat on top, and in no case the other way around, otherwise the vegetable cuts will remain moist and dense. Use spices and herbs as desired, in addition to the main classic ones: salt and pepper.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 6 pcs.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Pork ribs - 350 g

Warm water - 50 ml

Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

How to cook:

Prepare food.

Peel the root vegetables, rinse in water, cut out the wormholes. Cut vertically in half and cut into wedges.

Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil: both the bottom and the sides. Pour the potato slices into it. Season with salt and pepper, stir gently so that all the slices are wrapped in spices.

Peel the onion head, rinse in water and cut in half. Cut into half rings and spread over the potato layer. The onion slices should be in the middle - it will give its aroma to both meat and potatoes, steam and become soft, juicy.

Rinse pork ribs in water, cut films and veins from the meat. Cut the meat layer into portioned ribs (so that there is a bone in each of them). Season with salt and pepper, stir and place on top of the chopped vegetables.

If desired, the ribs can be pre-marinated in a mixture of mustard and soy sauce, and the mustard must be ready-made, store-bought.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and place the mold with the workpiece in it.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the meat. As soon as the bacon is melted out of it, it will turn brown and acquire a golden crust - your dish is completely ready. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Place the baked ribs with potatoes on plates and serve, not forgetting to garnish the dish with fresh herbs.
