Vegetable oil - 100 ml

Dried garlic - 1 tbsp.

Salt - 1 tsp

Ground paprika (sweet) - 1 tsp

Turmeric - 0.5 tsp

To create a marinade, pour the mixture into a bowl or other small but deep container. Pour in vegetable oil, such as cold-pressed olive oil or refined odorless sunflower oil. Stir well to color the oil.

The chicken marinade is completely ready. Dip a cooking brush into it and lubricate the surface of the poultry carcass several times, then leave for 15-20 minutes at room temperature and lubricate again. Then bake it in the oven for 1.5 hours.
