Golden and ruddy cottage cheese pancakes without eggs are created as easily as other variants of such a dish. In 20 minutes you will receive a plate of a delicious dessert or breakfast dish, which you can complement with delicious and healthy berry jams, honey of any kind, etc. This the recipe will become relevant for those who are prohibited from eating eggs, but since they are the very "sticky" base for the dough, they will need to be replaced bananas.
Remember that the dough will turn out to be very tender, the cheese pancakes will be soft, so you will have to roll them in flour very carefully, as well as turn them over when frying. Choose a dairy product that is not very moist, medium viscosity, so that when you add banana gruel, the mass does not become thinner.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese of any fat content - 400 g
Banana - 1 pc.
Raisins - 50 g
Sugar - 80 g
Salt - 3 pinches
Wheat flour - 100 g
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Sour cream for serving
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Pour the cottage cheese into a deep bowl. Peel the banana, break it into pieces and place in the same container.
Add sugar, raisins and salt. Remember everything together with a fork, turning into a homogeneous mass so that the banana puree is evenly distributed over it.
Add 70 g of premium wheat flour, mix it in the same thoroughly. If the cottage cheese was wet, then a little more flour will be required, but do not forget to leave a third of its volume for rolling.
Pour the remaining flour onto a plate or board, soak your palms in water, form a small bun out of a portion of the curd dough and roll it in the breading with care.
Heat refined vegetable oil in a skillet by placing it on the stove and turning on medium heat. Flatten the rolled dough in your hands, turning it into a piece like a cutlet, and place on a hot surface. Reduce heat and thus form all other blanks. Send them to the skillet and fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Be careful, as the dough is very tender and ready to fall apart at any moment!
Put paper napkins on a plate, and brown cheese cakes on them. Let the excess fat soak in and transfer to a platter.
