Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Pancake flour - 60 g
Water - 100 g
Seasoning for meat - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Lean oil - for frying
How to cook:
Prepare foods from the list. Wash the chicken fillet under running cold water, wipe dry with paper towels.
In a deep bowl, combine the pancake flour, egg, salt and pepper, your favorite seasoning for meat. Pour in water.
If there was no pancake flour in the house, do not rush to get upset. Take regular wheat and add a teaspoon of baking powder for the dough, the effect will be the same.
Whisk until smooth, set aside and let the dough ripen. It should be of medium density.
At this time, thinly cut the chicken fillet into small slices so that later it is convenient to take them with your hands. Salt a little, but do not forget that we salted and pepper the batter.
Put the slices of meat in the previously prepared egg dough, roll them well in it. If the fillet is not stuffed with water by an unscrupulous seller, then the batter should hold well on it.
Heat some unscented refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the chicken slices in batter and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Chicken fillet cooks quickly enough when thinly sliced.
