How to cook:
Prepare food.
Pour oatmeal into a bowl / deep bowl or salad bowl, suitable for microwave, without metal lines and patterns. Sort them carefully, removing any unopened grains, debris, etc.
Pour granulated sugar and salt into the container (it is necessary to add it - it emphasizes the sweetness of sugar). It is not necessary to replace sugar with honey, as it loses all its beneficial properties when heated, leaving only a sweet taste. You can add ground cinnamon, add vanilla flavor, etc.
Pour in milk of any fat content. Usually, when serving, butter is added to oatmeal, but if the milk is high in fat, then this step is best skipped. Gently mix the flakes with milk in a bowl so that they do not stick to the bottom during cooking.
