Therefore, I will cook the soup in rich meat broth. I will supplement it with meatballs as an essential protein. For density and satiety, I will add rice instead of potatoes. I use basmati in this recipe.

Ingredients:
Meat broth - 2 liters
Homemade mince - 400 grams
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onions - 2 pcs.
Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Rice - 50 grams
Salt to taste
Spices to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Course of action:
Prepare a set of products. Cook the broth in advance, you can use any meat, for example pork.
It is better to take minced meat mixed from equal parts of pork and beef.
Chop the onions and carrots at random.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté vegetables in it. Add tomato paste. Pour in a few spoons of broth, stir. Simmer the vegetable mixture over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add chopped onion, salt and spices to the minced meat. Form into small walnut-sized meatballs.
Bring the broth to a boil, load the meat semi-finished products. In order not to stick to the bottom of the pot, you need to stir the soup until they float.
After the meatballs are on the surface, transfer the browned vegetables to the broth. Salt to taste.
Simmer the soup over low heat for 15 minutes. Add rice. As soon as the broth starts to boil again, cover and turn off.
It is not necessary to soak the rice; it is enough to sort it out and rinse it.
Leave the saucepan covered for a while. Thus, the rice will not boil over and will reach its full readiness.
Serve hot tomato soup with meatballs and rice, sprinkled with spices and herbs. Add chopped red pepper if desired.
Rice soups should not be boiled in large quantities. From frequent heating the cereal loses its shape, and the broth turns into porridge.
