Ingredients:
Cabbage - 350 g
Round rice - 1 cup
Water - 2 glasses
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare all products according to the list. Choose any type of rice that you like best. For vegetables, you can add anything you like - corn, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
Rinse and dry the cabbage, chop into thin oblong strips. Can be grinded with a special grater. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into small cubes.
Peel the carrots, wash. Grind the root vegetable with a grater. Add orange shavings to cabbage and onion slices.
Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Transfer cabbage, carrots and onions - fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Rinse and dry the rice beforehand, transfer to the cabbage.
Peel and rinse the bell peppers, cut into cubes and add to the pan. Pour in a couple of glasses of clean warm water. Cover with a lid.
Simmer cabbage with rice for 25 minutes. At the end of cooking add salt and pepper, stir and take a sample.
Arrange the finished dish on plates and serve.
