Cabbage - 350 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Champignons - 250 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. You can take not only champignons, but also oyster mushrooms and other types of mushrooms.
Chop the cabbage into a thin strip using a knife or a special grater. It will be especially beneficial if the width of the hole is adjusted in such a grater.
Peel the onion, rinse and dry, dice it.
Peel and wash the carrots. Use a grater to grind it with coarse oblong shavings.
Wash the mushrooms, peel the caps. Cut the mushrooms into large slices.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Transfer cabbage, carrots and onions. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the cabbage does not burn.
Now you need to transfer the plates of mushrooms to a dish, mix, add salt and pepper. Cover the pan with a lid, set the heat to a minimum. Simmer cabbage with mushrooms for 20 minutes. If necessary, add a little water or tomato.
