Pike (fillet) - 600 gr.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Sour cream - 5 tablespoons

Green beans - 150 gr.

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Fresh salt and dill - to taste

We prepare the necessary ingredients for cooking pike in a multicooker. Take sour cream with a fat content of 25% and higher, homemade is perfect.

I had the pike fillet ready-made. If you bought a whole fish, then first clean it of scales, rinse, gut. It is important to rinse the inside of the carcass well and remove the film. Cut along the ridge into 2 parts, cut off the head. Separate the fillets from the skeleton, you get 2 whole pieces. We will need one fillet if the pike was large, or both if small.

Freeze the head and ridge, you can further use them for cooking fish soup or fish broth.

So, we cut the fillet into portions.

We clean and wash onions and carrots. Cut the first into half rings, and chop the second root vegetable into large pieces, I used a curly grater.

Put vegetables in the multicooker bowl - beans, onions and carrots. Pour in oil and stir.

Put pieces of fish fillet on vegetables. Salt. I put the pike skin side up, but vice versa.

Now you need to pour the fish with sour cream sauce. If you have the same thick sour cream as mine that is worth a spoon, dilute it with warm water to the desired consistency. Sour cream should be pouring, I added very little water, about half a glass.

Pour the same amount of sour cream sauce over each fillet. We wash the dill greens, finely chop. Sprinkle the pike with vegetables with herbs and put the bowl in a slow cooker.

We select the "Baking" mode, in my multicooker it lasts 45 minutes, but we will bake our dish for less time. After 25 minutes from the start of baking, turn off the technique.

Pike baked in sour cream with vegetables is best served with garnish. A great addition would be fresh vegetable salads or vegetable picklesprepared for the winter. We serve the dish to the table hot.
