Ingredients:

Beef - 700 g

Onions - 2 pcs.

Garlic - 1 pc.

Soy sauce - 100 ml

Water - 400 ml

Butter - 50 g

Salt, black pepper - to taste

To cook beef in the oven according to this recipe, in addition to the sleeve, take the products from the list. In fact, the meat can be anything: pork, lamb, veal, poultry, bone, or just fillet - according to your choice.

Feel free to experiment with marinade, spices, saturation. In my recipe, beef pulp should be soaked for about a day (at least 12 hours) in a concentrated liquid based on soy sauce. You have the right to change the composition of the marinade. But, one way or another, let the meat sit in the seasoned liquid for at least 2-3 hours and fully saturated with moisture.

Marinade for beef is simple, without sharp specificity, but balanced in salt concentration, aroma and pungency. Try it anyway.

In a spacious container, mix drinking cold water and concentrated soy sauce, load garlic and onions. Pepper. Cut the peeled onions into quarters and throw them into the liquid, then bake with the meat.

Cut clean and fresh beef into bars of approximately the same size, rather large. For example, such pieces would be suitable for kebab.

Step 4 of 6

Dip the cold cuts into the brown marinade. All meat must be under water / marinade. We throw on the lid or stretch the cling film and send the semi-finished product to the refrigerator shelf to marinate. I keep it for at least 12 hours, preferably 24 hours.

The next day, put the marinated beef, along with onions and garlic, into a roasting sleeve. Pour in about 150 ml of marinade, add a little butter and tighten the bag tightly around the edges with secure knots / clips.

On a baking sheet or a convenient pallet, put it in an oven that was hot by that time and bake at 180 degrees for 60-90 minutes. We turn the packaging a couple of times.

If a charred crust is required, at the end of the process, break the bag up and brown the meat under the grill to the desired degree.

We serve juicy beef baked in a sleeve in the oven, hot or chilled - it is also very tasty.
