For those who do not yet know about one of the most comfortable and delicious ways to lose weight - about counting calories and a small deficit - I will leave a brief note:

Due to the fact that we know our calorie (energy) norm and know the calorie content of dishes and products, we can allow various foods in our diet and, at the same time, lose weight or maintain a comfortable weight.

Today I want to share with you my method of making baked pork neck ham.

Baked pork, for sure, is one of the favorite dishes in many families. But few people think about its calorie content.

Having prepared boiled pork, I calculated its KBJU per 100 g and was very surprised.

Cooking.

A piece of the neck (I tried to choose a less greasy piece) was washed well and dried with a paper towel.

Next, I rub the meat with spices: black pepper, sweet paprika, hops-suneli, duck-suneli and dry garlic. I use regular salt and nitrite salt on the tip of a knife.

Leave the meat to marinate at least overnight in the refrigerator. A day is better.

By the time of baking, I take out the meat and stuff it quite often with garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.

This time I also lightly greased the meat with oil from sun-dried tomatoes.

I wrap the meat tightly in foil and send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees. My piece of meat was 1.400 g and I sent it to the oven for 3.5 hours.

After the specified time, I check the readiness of the meat by opening the foil. Juice is almost clear.

I turn on convection and leave in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.

Can be eaten both hot and cold.

Cold on sandwiches - divine.

Ingredients:

  • pork neck - 1400,
  • sun-dried tomatoes - 15 g,
  • garlic 30 g,
  • spices all 1 teaspoon each: black pepper, sweet paprika, hops-suneli, duck-suneli, dry garlic,
  • salt to taste: 1-1.5 tablespoons, nitrite salt on the tip of a knife (not necessary, but then add regular salt),
  • olive oil (I have oil from sun-dried tomatoes) 10-15 g.

KBJU per 100 g: K - 452, B - 17.7, F - 41.5, U - 1.4

How do you like KBJU? And remember how much you could eat such boiled pork before without even thinking how much a small piece of calories will bring.

But even such high-calorie foods can be included in your diet and enjoy the taste.
