Let's start with a snack.

This is a beetroot based on Korean carrots. Delicious, aromatic and very spicy. Can be cooked with raw beets or boiled (baked). The secret of Asian flavor lies in the spices.

You will need ground coriander and a little magic.

So, for 1 kg of beets we take:

  • 1 hour l. salt
  • 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 5 tbsp. l. vinegar 6% (apple or wine)
  • head of garlic
  • 0.5 cups vegetable oil
  • greens (dill, parsley, onion, celery, basil - what is there)
  • 0.5 tsp l. ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp l. mixture of paprika with hot pepper

Make a marinade from the specified ingredients. Pour oil, bite, minced garlic, seasonings, sugar, salt and herbs into a saucepan. Almost boil, mix with the beets, heat for 1 minute and you're done!

Chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Serve as an appetizer on toast or in a salad bowl.

Prague salad is a legend of Soviet restaurants. It is very simple to prepare: boiled chicken, pickled onions and cucumbers, boiled eggs and carrots, canned peas, walnuts, prunes and necessarily Provencal mayonnaise.

Stacked in layers, served on a flat dish or in portions.

Potato side dish! Nice, soulful, inexpensive and very festive. Here, too, there is a secret of this beauty, and it is that the potatoes must be cut into the thinnest slices, put in boiling water for 1 minute and immediately removed and dried on a paper towel.

Then put in beautiful columns in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with oil and sprinkle with herbs.

Bake the fancy potato garnish in the oven for 1 hour or until crisp.

And we will have a hot fish. If finances permit, then noble salmon. But from a simple navaga, hake or pollock, you can cook a very worthy festive dish. The only thing is that you need to cut the fish into fillets without bones and skin, it is advisable to pre-marinate in a mixture of sour cream and spices or just with salt and pepper.

Farther... fresh vegetables or frozen mix, mushrooms, onions, béchamel sauce or mayonnaise and some cheese for a delicious crust. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, next to the potatoes.
