Call the restaurant

And there are secrets here. First you need to time the time and see how long you will wait for an answer.

In a good place, where they even take care of their potential customers, they pick up the phone in a couple of seconds. This suggests that there are a lot of staff in the restaurant and all responsibilities are distributed between them, that is the administrator, as he should, answers the calls, and does not work in the kitchen due to the fact that there is not enough chefs.

You can test the restaurant by asking the administrator who answered you to do something that might be inconvenient for other visitors, for example, to put loud music directly for your table. Will they answer "Yes"? In this case, it is advisable to refuse - in such a place they simply do not think about guests at all.

And don't forget to check the reviews online. It is clear that they will be different - everyone will not like it. Just try to pay attention to how the representatives of the institution respond to the comments of forum users. If the reaction is polite, correct, this is a good sign.

  • Examine the exterior. Waiters must be clean, ironed, hands and nails well-groomed. If this is not the case, it may indicate that the restaurant does not think about hygiene at all.
  • When serving dishes on the table, the waiter must voice them. If an employee of an institution does it silently, then there is no smell of professionalism.
