Meatballs in a vegetable sauce in Italian

Satisfying and easy main dish, based on Italian cuisine. Out - currently delicious!

ingredients etc.A meat balls:

600 gr. minced meat
onion
egg
Article 1.5. l. starch
salt
seasonings and spices to taste
oil for frying

For the vegetable sauce:

2 pcs. onions
carrot
red bell pepper
3 tbsp. l. tomato paste
salt
sugar
black pepper powder
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Onion for the sauce to clean and cut into small cubes.
Fry onion vegetable oil.

2. Carrots grate, and bell peppers cut into strips.

All put to the onions and stew with tomato paste.

3. In minced meat add the egg.

4. Onions for stuffing grate. Put in minced onion, add the starch, salt and seasoning.

5. Stir until homogenous stuffing. You can fight off on the table for better consistency.

6. Wet hands form small balls of minced meat.
Fry meat balls on vegetable oil on both sides.

7. Put the balls in a bowl with the sauce, put on low heat and stew under the lid for about 10-15 minutes. The sauce with salt and season with pepper.

8. Ready meat balls at sauce vegetable feeding and mashed potatoes or boiled pasta.
