Nothing complicated. All you need is chicken, some spices and wooden skewers.

Chicken breast kebab in a pan

Ingredients:

2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
salt
hot chili sauce to taste
seasoning for chicken (a mixture of herbs and spices)
soy sauce on the eye (2-3 tbsp. l.)
granulated or fresh garlic

How to cook:

1. Cut the chicken fillet into convenient cubes. Not too small, but not too large.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the poultry.

3. Stir, cover the chicken bowls with a plate or cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

4. Then take out and mix again.

5. Skewers can be soaked in cold water beforehand, but this is not really necessary.

6. String chicken juices on each skewer, quite tightly, they should not dangle or twist. But it is also not worth planting too much, since then the cooking time will increase and the kebab may not be fried inside.

7. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Put a few of our skewers with kebabs and fry until a beautiful crust on one side. Without cover!

8. Then turn over with your hands or tongs to the other side, reduce heat and bring to readiness already under the lid.

You can serve these kebabs with any side dish.

Bon Appetit!
