In the morning I had for breakfast - loved the sandwiches on whole grain bread with salted fish and 7 grams of butter. As always at the wrong time over the avocado, it decided to use the butter again.

Breakfast came on 270 kcal.

Snack was apple and banana - 150 kcal. Yes, sometimes I eat bananas and do not see anything wrong with that.

Today got a little walk, but still a little cold doing his job and spent most of the day at home watching movies.

For lunch was buckwheat and chicken breast, low-fat sour cream smeared under the onion, tomato and cheese.

lunch - 370 kcal.

For dinner was delicious salad with fried in a nonstick frying pan without oil chicken breast, tomato, egg and arugula, dressed 2 teaspoons low-fat sour cream and repent, spice mixture to use Caesar salad (but sometimes they can indulge in such spices?)

Salad came on 310 kcal.

And I ate a couple of hours after dinner last souffle sour milk - 150 kcal.

About the souffle. I got three servings of this souffle, but me no one began to eat. And I want to tell you - at first I liked it, something unusual, different from the curd desserts.

But now I think it's better I drink fermented baked milk, adding a cocoa or even fermented baked milk, than the next time I will spend time on the preparation of the souffle. Perhaps, if we add to it the berries or fruit to the whole thing froze the gelatin will be more interesting, but again, for me it is better - cheese cheesecake with fruit.

Total for the day came in 1250 cal.

Before each meal, for 20 minutes I drank a glass of water, the rest norm finishes throughout the day.
