Good day and delicious weight loss!
I am not a specialist or a nutritionist, I just share my experience and try to show that on a simple meal, without any problems, superfoods, proteins and supplements, you can lose weight by observing only one rule - counting calories and BJU (proteins, fats and carbohydrates).
I am not fanatic about the concept of proper nutrition and I believe that proper nutrition is, first of all, a balanced diet, ensuring the normal functioning of the body, and not the exclusion from the diet of foods that someone once called harmful.
And after all the diets, hungry unloading and the exclusion of innocent foods from the diet, it was the calorie deficit and the usual balanced diet according to BJU that helped me lose weight without breakdowns and hunger.
I'll go to the menu.
Yesterday I sliced โโa bowl of Olivier salad with homemade ham. My husband needs to eat something at work (now their organization does not feed, and several people work, the rest are at home).
And in the morning I woke up with the thought that I wanted Olivier!
And now I dress the salad (250 g) with soft cottage cheese (60 g) and Bavarian mustard (5 g, it is not as vigorous as the usual, slightly sweetish, I like it more than the Dijon dressing).
I got breakfast for 300 kcal.
After breakfast, I decided to implement one of my ideas and make a low-calorie cake. Just so that it is soaked in cream by the time of snacking.
And this is what a miracle I did - and that's all 295 kcal for the whole portion!

Today I went to the store for apples and at the same time received an order for joint purchases, this time they brought me cheese.
I saw that our residential complex lives an ordinary life, they go for a walk with children, they walk to the store, even elderly people visit each other.
But at the same time, in contrast to the ordinary life of those who have not yet "gotten involved in the problem" - people who decided to take care of themselves and wear a mask and gloves in the store and do not leave the house unnecessarily.
Catching a breath of fresh air and walking at least to the store becomes a little joy.

I returned home from the store just in time for lunch.
Stayed with me from yesterday's dinner paprikash from the chicken thigh.
I boiled hard spaghetti for him.
It turned out lunch: spaghetti (50 g dry weight) and 150 g paprikash - 460 kcal.
And for dinner, vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber - total weight 150 g), seasoned with soft cottage cheese (30 g) and chicken breast baked with cheese, soft cottage cheese and garlic.
Dinner for 335 kcal.
In total, 1390 kcal were obtained in a day.
To help the calorie deficit - an established drinking regimen. For me, that's 2 liters of water.
And I want to remind you again that when losing weight from a lot of weight, it is simply necessary in an enhanced mode to start caring for the skin, helping it to tighten on its own. Including, there is no need to rush to lose weight. Slow weight loss - healthy weight loss that does not cause skin problems.
