Baked mackerel rolls with cheese and vegetables

1 clove of garlic
red bell pepper
greens
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Fish thaw completely at room temperature.

2. Onions, carrots and bell pepper clean.

Onions and peppers cut into cubes.

Carrots grate, and a clove of garlic passed through the press.

3. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the garlic, that he gave his fragrance.

When the oil becomes fragrant, remove the garlic.
Put in a pan carrots and onions, fry until half periodically stirring paddle.

Put the vegetables bell peppers and fry for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add chopped greens.
To taste with salt, add spices.

4. To cut the carcass mackerel - remove the head and entrails, wash the carcass, remove the backbone, remove the seeds, cut off the tail.

5. You should get 4 fillets. Each season with salt and pepper, you can pour the lemon juice for flavor.

6. Sprinkle the fish with grated cheese.

7. On each fillet to put some vegetables.

Close mackerel in the roll and fasten skewers.

8. Rolls put in a greased form.

9. Bake rolls mackerel for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Rolls are ready! Before serving, remove the skewers.
