Pasta with tomatoes and arugula

Ingredients: pasta, water, pasta salt, arugula, tomatoes (cherry is best), olive oil, sugar

Cooking method:

Boil the pasta in a large amount of salted water. Cook for the time indicated on the package. Then we drain the water.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the diced tomatoes for 3-4 minutes. If you use cherry, then we cut them into halves. Add a little sugar and salt. Then add arugula leaves and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Drain the pasta and pour it into the tomatoes and arugula. You can leave a little water in which the pasta was cooked to add a little to the finished pasta in case the sauce is a little thick. We mix.

Place on bowls and eat immediately while the pasta is still hot. 🤗
