Sometimes you want to cook something quickly, not laboriously, but at the same time to make it tasty and satisfying. Jellied meat pie just from this series. It can be served as a hearty breakfast or dinner, or as a main course for lunch with juicy greens. The pie turns out to be very juicy, with a delicate creamy taste and cheesy like a pizza.

Ingredients:

Pork - 300 g

Onions - 100 g

Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Mozzarella - 200 g

Hard cheese - 30 g

Chicken egg - 2 pieces

Serum - 200 ml

Wheat flour - 80 g

Soda - 0.33 tsp l.

Salt - 0.33 tsp l.

Ground cayenne pepper - 0.33 tsp l.

Dry basil - 0.33 tsp l.

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients for the cake. In the absence of curd whey, you can replace it with kefir.

Step 2: Wash the pork pulp, cut into small thin slices (about 10x20x3 mm). Cut the peeled onions into quarters. If the heads are small, then it is enough to leave them in half rings.

Step 3: Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil (literally just grease the bottom), put the chopped meat. As soon as the meat juice has evaporated, add more oil (0.5 tbsp. l.) and chopped onions. Fry until the pork is almost cooked and a light, appetizing blush of both ingredients.

Step 4: Cut the mozzarella into plastics, and grate any hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 5: In a bowl, combine curd whey (or kefir) with chicken eggs and olive oil (2 tbsp. l.). Pour sifted wheat flour, salt, baking soda, dry basil and ground cayenne pepper into the resulting "cocktail". Whisk until smooth and lump-free.

Step 6: Grease a baking dish (diameter 26-27 cm) with a little olive oil. If it is silicone, then you do not need to lubricate. Put the meat evenly fried with onions.

Step 7: Place the mozzarella slices on top. This cheese will make the filling juicier and add a creamy flavor.

Step 8: Pour the dough evenly over. Depending on the gluten content of the flour, it can turn out to be thicker, including from the use of kefir.

Step 9: Bake the pie in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Navigate by the ruddy appearance.

Step 10: The pie can be served at the table. But it will turn out even more delicious if you turn it over, only very carefully (it is better to immediately on the dish), and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. To do this, it is enough for them (with a dish) to cover the container with the pie, press and quickly turn it over, carefully remove the form. Just to be on the safe side, you must first make sure that the baked goods go off without problems around the entire perimeter of the form, otherwise it will simply break.

Step 11: Melt the cheese quickly either in the oven at high temperature or in the microwave at maximum power.

Step 12: Cool slightly before serving.

You can serve the pie in any company to your taste: for coffee, tea or with an armful of juicy greens.
