Grate carrots 🥕 on a fine grater. Fry the walnuts in a dry skillet for aroma and delicate taste and crush.
Put the sifted flour in a bowl, along with baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Beat the eggs into a foam, gradually adding sugar until fluffy and whitening. Pour in sunflower seeds and beat again.

Put the dough in a mold and bake in the oven. I have 25 minutes. Check readiness with a skewer. When the biscuit has cooled, cut it into equal cakes.
Cream: beat sour cream with powdered sugar and add cream cheese and vanilla. Beat well and coat the cakes. Sprinkle the cake with chocolate chips and ground nuts.
