Morning coffee sandwiches

These are the treats I make for my morning coffee quite often. Mine just adore them and they are swept off the table at the speed of light))) Although they are good at any time of the day, so take note)

Ingredients

  • Round Bun Packaging
  • Mayonnaise
  • Boiled sausage
  • Hard cheese
  • A tomato
  • Greens

Steps

We turn on the oven, let it heat up to 190 °.

Cut the buns into 2 or 3 parts, depending on the height, horizontally. We take out a baking sheet, cover it with paper. We lay out our blanks.

Cut the sausage and tomatoes into slices, grate the cheese on a medium grater, chop the dill (I use a blank from the freezer, it is always at hand).

Now we grease each circle of buns with mayonnaise just a little. Top with a circle of sausages, then a tomato, now a net of mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and sprinkle with herbs.

I send the baking sheet to the oven and bake until tender. Here, the time also depends on what boutiques you want, if you like sunburn, hold it a little longer, but do not burn it)))

We take out the ready-made sandwiches from the oven, transfer them to the wire rack to cool slightly. We transfer to a plate.

We brew coffee, pour it into cups and call our family for breakfast. Or dinner))) Who cooked when😉
