Our parents keep different types of poultry, so we cook our own meat very often. Of course, homemade chicken needs to be cooked a little longer than store-bought, but the taste... Mmmm...) And this is just a recipe for a very tasty and satisfying dish, which you don’t need to spend a lot of time on, just abandon the food and wait) #chicken
Ingredients: bulgur, chicken legs (I have thighs and drumsticks), onion, Salt, pepper to taste, Vegetable oil 3 tbsp, Garlic, Water
Cooking method:
Cut the onion into half rings and fry together with the legs in oil over high heat until the onion is golden. Then add a glass of water and reduce the heat so that the meat is stewed. Simmer until the liquid is almost completely evaporated.
Then pour bulgur, salt, spices into the pan directly to the legs, add the power of the stove and fry this mixture in a fat broth from the legs for just a couple of minutes.
Next, reduce the heat, pour 2 cups of hot water and add coarsely chopped garlic and simmer again until the bulgur is ready (15-20 minutes), and then insist the dish under the lid for the same amount. This is delicious)
