The family is shocked! It happens so, like a simple recipe, an ordinary dish, but the taste is surprising! This is our stuffed flatbread today, and the view is very appetizing! I tried it for you! Cook to your health!
Ingredients
- dough:
- 190 ml kefir
- 200 gr flour
- 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- filling:
- 1-2 pcs tomatoes
- 5-6 tbsp vegetable oil
- black pepper, sea salt with herbs, thyme
- 2-3 tooth garlic
Steps
As most often happens, we start baking with the preparation of the dough. Add everything to a large kneading bowl and start the dough. Knead for a few minutes, the dough remains sticky, this is normal. Grease the finished ball of dough with vegetable oil and remove to rest, go up for 30 minutes.
Now is the time to prepare the filling. We make fragrant oil, add spices, sea salt (with herbs for me), pepper, thyme and one clove of garlic (cut in half) to the oil. Stir and let it brew for 15 minutes. Chop the remaining garlic and cut the tomatoes into slices.
Divide the dough into two equal parts (mine are 190 grams each). Roll into flat cakes, grease one well with fragrant oil. We spread the tomatoes, garlic on top. If you wish, you can add salt, I just slightly greased it with oil.
Cover with a second flatbread, pinch the edges well and let sit for a few minutes while the oven heats up.
We will bake on a wire rack (from the oven) at a temperature of 180 degrees until an appetizing golden color (our oven baked for 22 minutes). Do not forget to grease the top of the cake with the rest of our butter before baking.
It turns out the cake is unusual in appearance and awesome in taste! Be sure to try cooking! I'll add some cheese next time. a source
