If you are as much a fan of them as we are, but do not know how to cook deliciously, try frying in sour cream in a pan. The dish is so easy and quick to prepare that even a novice cook can handle it.
Serving champignons in sour cream sauce is most delicious with pasta or mashed potatoes, but if you prefer buckwheat or rice, then this dish also goes well with them in taste.

Ingredients:
Fresh champignons - 600 g
Onions - 100 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Lean oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Sour cream 20% - 150 g
Parsley - a few twigs
How to cook:
To cook mushrooms in sour cream in a frying pan, prepare the foods according to the list. Clean the mushrooms with a clean kitchen sponge. Peel the onion and garlic, wash under running water along with parsley, dry.
Heat vegetable oil (refined, odorless) in a skillet. Place the onion, cut into half rings, briefly fry until soft and sweet, 2 minutes.
Cut fresh mushrooms into thin plates, or, by the way, into quarters, they also look good when finished. Place the chopped mushrooms in the skillet.
Reduce the heat and simmer the mushrooms for 5 minutes. After a while, put a clove of garlic crushed with the back of a knife to them.
Now add fatty thick sour cream, gently stir the contents of the pan.
During stewing, water will constantly be released from the mushrooms, and no matter how fatty and thick sour cream is, the sauce will at some point become watery. Simmer the dish over medium heat for 10-15 minutes more, it is necessary for the sour cream sauce to thicken. When its thickness suits you, salt the dish and pepper to your liking, add chopped fresh parsley. Stir and remove the mushrooms in the sour cream from the stove.
Catch and discard the garlic before serving. Cook favorite garnish, pour it with cooked mushroom sauce and serve as a separate dish, although absolutely any piece of meat will be very appropriate here.
